Outside our inn in Waidring on the Steinplatte, the astonishing panorama of the border triangle Tyrol – Salzburg – Bavaria in the heart of an awe-inspiring skiing, hiking and mountain paradise awaits you. OUR INN

The alpine inn in Waidring in the border triangle has been managed by the Weisleitner family for over 50 years. Initially, we transported skiers to the summit by snow groomer. Our business grew with the ski region Steinplatte and has been expanded several times over the years. Rudolf Schider purchased the Möseralm with the Grenzstadl in the summer of 2013 with the alpine inn still being managed by the now tenant family Weisleitner.

DISCOVER CULINARY DELIGHTS

The boss cooks himself at our inn on the Steinplatte. Traditional Tyrolean dishes and select international specialities plus delicious desserts will certainly wow you. Alongside the regular restaurant and the comfy bar, you can put together your own menu in winter at the self-service restaurant.

UMBRELLA BAR GRENZSTADL

The Grenzstadl opens its doors in winter. The umbrella bar with terrace and large outdoor bar is managed by Reini Kals. Fast, good cuisine with a kick, genuine Tyrolean hospitality and fun après-ski action plus jovial morning get-togethers are the perfect addition to slope fun.

TRAVEL AND RENTING

You don’t just dine well at the Möseralm, but can also enjoy comfortable accommodation at our inn in Waidring on the Steinplatte. Rooms are rented out on enquiry and preferably in the warm season. Drive up to the front door by car and stay in one of the three single rooms, two double rooms or the apartment in summer. During winter, our guests can only reach us on skis and stay in a double room or an apartment. Luggage transport is only available outside the lift operation hours.

The Alpengasthof Möseralm is open in summer from mid-May (in fair weather) or early June until the Austrian National Day (26 October). In winter, we’re here for you when the cable cars start operating (from mid-December).
